Around you, Poison Tera Crystals, minerals imbued with Dynamax Energy, and more exist for you to mine, harvest, and gather. However, more exists below each power spot. In fact, it is possible to leap into these power spots into dark labyrinthe caves below.[break][break]

She’s stopped hiding her metal limbs, since she figured out the auto cleaning cycle and no longer has to worry about sand in the joints.

“So… can we, like, take these with us?” she wraps metallic fingers around a Poison Tera Crystal, feeling the vibration sing up her chassis. “Or am I gonna turn into a purple people eater a la red lyrium?”

Standing at the edge of the power spot, Yuina glanced at a piece of equipment she had with her, for various readings and energy levels as Ana reached down for a poison tera crystal that glittered from the ground.[break]
"Actually, if we can manage it, we need to try and get as many as we can. The correlation between tera crystals appearing here around a power spot when they're two different kinds of energy is something that's trying to be studied," Yuina returned, encouraging the gathering of crystals if they could manage it.[break][break]
She took to Omura's back, situating atop the ceratops, and on his great paws the paradox leaped into the depths of the power spot below to begin their trek.

The keenest eye may scry blood splatter on his shoes. Despite his haggard appearance, he bestows supplies should you require them. Otherwise, encounter poor bystanders trapped here, like backpackers or even a feral Megalopolan.[break][break]

"Mmm, something like that. It is curious to wonder why poison tera crystals are most common to find in or around power spots," Yuina returned as they made their way into the depths. Omura landed on his great paws, open maw huffing at their new surroundings as Yuina too glanced around.[break][break]
"It could be maybe that terastal energy is closely tied to dynergy, but given a power imbalance maybe, the dynergy could be saturating tera crystals, or something like that... Just a theory," she wondered aloud as she followed with Ana down the leftward path.

And/or encounter a DYNAMAXED/GIGANTAMAXED POKEMON WITH A DYNAMAX SHIELD that must be downed. Regardless, the Pokemon will perish after its transformation. Investigating its carcass will reveal that it has somehow incorporated Dynite Ore onto its body. Though it is no Regi-titan, one may make macabre parallels.[break][break]

She didn’t know the first thing about any of this shit. She was just an old grease monkey. Stone and ore she knew only as much about as she could build into a limb, or an organ.

Around a bend, a Stonjourner hobbles in the distance, its already strange gait made stranger by the darkness of the space between. The crystals in the walls sing.

“This is definitely red lyrium,” she said, making sure the bits and pieces she’d gathered up were safely squirrled away, wrapped up, and not touching any part of her body. “It’s from a video game. Touching them makes you hallucinate. Eating them turns you into stone.”

There were still a lot of things that weren't understood about the dynamax phenomena or the dynergy that was taking the region by storm. Though, not much more was understood about Terastal energy, and the spread of tera crystals was quickly overtaking some portions too...[break]
Sure were a lot of anomalous phenomena taking place in one far too small place for it all.[break][break]
"A video game? I don't know that I've ever played one," Yuina thought, but Ana's recollection of the details of the video game.... Didn't sound to be too far off.[break]
"I could trust that though... Consuming anything down here sounds like a terrible idea."
